Effective October
16, 2009 Copies of Crash Reports will be $4.00 per report.
This does not include photographs.
Payment can be made in cash, by personal check, or money order.
Payment documents should be made out to "Hardin County Sheriff's Office".
When requesting
records, provide as much information as possible:
Type of incident (Crash or Complaint)
Hardin County Sheriff's Office report number
Date of incident
Location of incident
The name of at least one person involved in the incident
Responses to
Record Requests will be made during normal business hours.
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. excluding legal holidays.
Record Requests and Retrieval can be accomplished in person during our regular business hours at our office located at 1025 South Main Street, Kenton, Ohio 43326.
